Qylis is looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience in
sourcing and hiring top talent in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and
Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech
landscape and a proven track record of filling technical positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding candidates for AI, Data, and Cloud roles. - Sourcing Talent: Use various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and other
networks to find and engage with potential candidates. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to
understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the specific
roles. - Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a
smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and technical interviews to
assess candidates' skills and suitability for open roles. - Job Posting & Employer Branding: Write compelling job descriptions, post them on
relevant platforms, and promote Qylis as an employer of choice. - Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding of
selected candidates.
Required Skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and
related technologies is a must. - Recruitment Tools: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards,
and LinkedIn Recruiter. - Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience in proactive sourcing through various
channels. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to
effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks
efficiently.
